Group Fitness is available at Root to Bloom Yoga studio. A 6 week session meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30-6:30 am. We work on functional fitness, strength, and movement patterns. We do partner drills, games, and some outdoor drills to make it fun and challenging. Email or call me to sign up!
Group classes will be held based on interest. If you are interested and would like to suggest a convenient time that works for you I will try to find some participants with similar schedules!
